My family and I have been living here with no serious issues for almost 2 years. Pretty quiet and safe. If something breaks they fix it promptly or replace it if it can’t be fixed. Grounds are kept clean and well groomed. Management is always nice and respectful. My One real complaint is the entrance security gate never works. I think it has actually worked a total of a few weeks in the past 2 years. Nice/Safe area but we expect that extra sense of security that we do not receive. Having a private Garage does make no security gate doable, though. Apartments are modern and bigger than the look. Lots of storage space. Mostly quiet, like anywhere some will try to break rules but once known the Management will handle it quickly. If you’re looking for a new home I would recommend you look at Parkway Townhomes.

This was the first place that got back to us when we first moved to Las Vegas. They have been very friendly and accommodating. The apartments are lovely and the property has everything you need. We have been here going on our second year now and plan to stay for a few more.

I just want to say that Parkway Townhomes has a fabulous team working for them. I don’t even live there and the staff; Jamie, Jenna and maintenance helped with the return of my wallet. For three days my wallet was missing. There was no money, but I did have my credit cards in there. I believe, that if someone wanted to be malicious they would’ve maxed out my credit cards and gone on a shopping spree. However, in these times that we live in, it’s good to know that there’s good people out there. Especially, when Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Therefore, I just want to say THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for going through hoops to try and locate me so that you can return my wallet. In all, I can simply say that this is what being thankful is! Happy Thanksgiving to all of you at Parkway Townhomes! Blessings to you and your families!❤️
