Maintenance came right away when I had my issues. I really appreciate that being a single Mother I need things to function properly in my home so they were right ontime! Very polite Maintenance guy made me feel safe and comfortable wore his mask and asked me if I needed anything else to not hesitate to call again. I had to call in right after he left and he came right back within the hour!

Lorraine was so helpful throughout the entire move in process, she was quick to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I found the home that met all my requirements. Jamie and Jenna have be nothing but patient and understanding with any work orders I may have. The maintenance team is also just as amazing and gets service requests done quickly and efficiently! So glad I chose to call Parkway home.
